BraYn: Brainstorming Research Assembly for Young Neuroscientists
Brainstorming Research Assembly for Young Neuroscientists (BraYn) è un’iniziativa nata nel Dipartimento di Neuroscienze dell’Università di Genova, Italia, per creare un congresso rivolto specificatamente ai giovani ricercatori che lavorano nel campo delle Neuroscienze. Il congresso si terrà a Genova all’Ospedale Policlinico San Martino-Auditorium IST Nord, il 29-30 Giugno 2018. Ogni giorno i giovani ricercatori affrontano svariate difficoltà nel condurre le loro ricerche. Lo scopo del congresso BraYn è, quindi, di creare un’occasione per un meeting scientifico che attragga ricercatori da tutta l’Europa, specialmente dall’Italia, dove giovani ricercatori possono condividere le loro conoscenze, abilità e idee per creare nuove collaborazioni. Inoltre, coinvolgendo ospiti di fama internazionale, lo scopo è di far diventare il congresso un riferimento per il campo delle Neuroscienze a livello europeo. Brainstorming Research Assembly for Young Neuroscientists (BraYn) is an initiative to create a congress specifically intended for young researchers, working in the field of Neuroscience. The idea was conceived at the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Genoa, Italy, and the congress will take place at Ospedale Policlinico San Martino-Auditorium IST Nord, Genoa on June 29th-30th 2018. Every day, young Neuroscientists face the difficulties of carrying out their research at several levels. The goal of BraYn is to organize a scientific conference attracting different researchers across Europe, especially Italy, where young researchers can share their knowledge, skills and ideas to establish new collaborations among different research groups. At the same time, by hosting and involving neuroscientists from abroad, the aim is making BraYn conference a flagship event in European Neuroscience field.
