I progetti di mobilità internazionale hanno lo scopo di aiutare i singoli partecipanti ad acquisire competenze, per sostenere il loro sviluppo professionale e approfondire la loro comprensione delle culture. Hanno anche lo scopo di aumentare la capacità, l’attrattiva e la dimensione internazionale delle organizzazioni partecipanti.
